About Meldport

Who operates the service

Meldport is operated by its owner as an individual, as stated in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Meldport appears in the EidosStack ecosystem. This is not a claim that Meldport is a separately incorporated company or a model developer.

Product and account questions go to support@meldport.com. Security reports go to security@meldport.com. The contact page explains which details help us investigate without exposing credentials.

What the gateway does

The language model catalog lists published model IDs, capabilities, context limits and token prices. The documented language endpoint is Chat Completions. Media generation uses configuration, quote and asynchronous job APIs described in the API documentation. A model being listed does not mean every SDK, protocol or client feature is supported.

A prepaid wallet funds paid usage. Each model or media configuration has its own rate and billing conditions. Model packages and the shared monthly free allowance have separate eligibility and usage rules. Review published rates and a workload estimate before committing to a workload.

Where our facts come from

Product pages read the published Meldport catalog. Verification dates indicate when evidence was checked; they are not independent uptime, latency or quality benchmarks. The cost calculator states its inputs, units, rounding and exclusions. Comparisons distinguish current matched evidence from unavailable or stale prices.

The Meldport blog is published under the Meldport byline. Articles link primary sources, distinguish hypothetical examples from measurements, and show publication and substantive update dates. Editorial review is attributed to Meldport; no independent expert review or personal qualification is implied. Corrections can be sent to support with the article URL and supporting evidence.

Policies and limits

Review our security information, acceptable use rules and refund policy. Availability depends on the configured model route and upstream provider. We do not promise uninterrupted service or infer data residency from the payment method used to add funds.
