Terms of Service

Effective October 30, 2026.

Meldport is operated by its owner as an individual. These Terms explain the rules for using the service and the rights and responsibilities that apply to each account.

Agreement and eligibility

These Terms apply when you create a Meldport account or use a Meldport service. When you create an account, you must confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and the linked policies. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service. You must have legal capacity to enter into this agreement and provide accurate account information. If you use Meldport for an organization, you confirm that you can accept these Terms for that organization.

Accounts, projects, and API keys

Keep your sign-in credentials and API keys private. An API key gives access to the project and permissions shown when you create it. The full key is shown once. Meldport cannot recover it, so store it securely and revoke or rotate it if it may have been exposed. You are responsible for activity made with your account and keys until they are secured or revoked. Do not share access with people who are not authorized to use it.

Meldport services and providers

Meldport provides access to AI model routing, chat, image, video and audio generation, media tools, model packages, and other features shown as available in your account. Each feature may have its own inputs, limits, price, and usage rules. Meldport connects some requests to independent model, compute, payment, and infrastructure providers. Those providers may apply their own terms and technical limits. The current data flow and provider processing are described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You must follow applicable law, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the limits shown for each product. Do not use Meldport to harm people, violate rights, evade safeguards, interfere with a provider, or disrupt Meldport or another user. You are responsible for the prompts, files, instructions, and other material you submit and for making sure you are allowed to use them.

Your content and model output

You keep the rights you have in the content you submit. You give Meldport and the providers needed for the selected request permission to process, transmit, and store that content only as needed to provide, secure, bill, and support the service, subject to the Privacy Policy. Meldport does not take ownership of your prompts or files. Rights in generated output can depend on the model and provider terms. Check those terms before using an output commercially or in a high-impact decision.

Model output can be wrong, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable. Review it before relying on it. Meldport does not guarantee a particular output, quality level, or provider result.

Service credit, top-ups, and prices

Money you add to Meldport becomes prepaid Meldport service credit. It can only be used to pay for services offered through Meldport. It cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another person or account, cashed out, or used outside Meldport. It does not earn interest.

Prices and model availability can change. Before you submit a request, Meldport shows the applicable price or estimate for that workflow. The charge is calculated from the recorded price and the usage or result delivered under that workflow. If an estimate differs from the final charge, the usage record shows the amount settled. Do not submit a request unless you accept its displayed price and limits.

Model Packages apply only to the model, allowance, and expiry shown at purchase. They cannot be transferred to another account. Unused package value does not move to your wallet when a package expires. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for failed requests, payment errors, and legal remedies.

Email communications

Meldport may email you about account verification, security, billing, support, outages, maintenance, changes to services or policies, and other notices needed to operate your account. Keep your account email current and check these notices. These messages are part of using the service and may be sent to all account holders.

Email promotions are a separate purpose. When you create an account, the required signup agreement also records your consent for Meldport to use your email address for product announcements, new feature updates, offers, and promotions. You can withdraw that consent in Account settings at any time. This does not stop account, security, billing, maintenance, or other service notices needed to operate your account.

Availability and changes

Model providers may change, limit, or stop a model or route. Meldport may pause or remove a feature to address safety, legal, quality, provider, or operational issues. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular model. We may change a feature or its limits. Where a change affects a paid request, the usage record and the Refund and Cancellation Policy govern the charge review.

Suspension and account closure

You can request account closure from account settings. Meldport may limit, suspend, or close access if needed to protect users, providers, Meldport, comply with law, address a security incident, or enforce these Terms. We will use the account and transaction records needed to review a dispute or meet legal obligations as described in the Privacy Policy. Account closure does not erase a valid charge or waive rights either party has under applicable law.

Disclaimers and liability

Meldport and third-party providers are separate services. Meldport cannot control a provider's model, decision, availability, or output. To the extent allowed by applicable law, Meldport is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Refunds and support

Top-ups and service credit cannot be withdrawn or voluntarily refunded. This rule does not remove rights required by law or prevent a review of a duplicate or incorrect payment, an unauthorized payment, credit that was not delivered, or a request that was not fulfilled or charged. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, subject to consumer rights and mandatory rules that apply to you. If a concern comes up, contact support@meldport.com first so we can review it. Nothing in this section limits a right or remedy that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
